Private lessons are available via Zoom, Skype or your favourite video conferencing program. We have years of experience in one on one private self defence training via Zoom and Skype in addition to decades of experience in face to face training.

You don’t need fancy equipment, special clothing or a gym to get started. All you need is a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

Participation in an online lesson will allow you to develop an understanding of self defence techniques, skill sets, and ways in which to apply Arakan in your everyday life.

 


During your online lessons you will learn practical, fast and effective self defence skills and techniques, whilst gaining self-confidence, empowerment, awareness and better overall health and well-being.
