All training has been adjusted to comply with government regulations regarding hygiene and social distancing

Hi everyone, we hope you are keeping well.

During this time of uncertainty, we would like to reassure all our current and future members that we are still providing Arakan Martial Art Training as usual.

Your health and wellbeing are important to us and not only does staying active help to boost your immunity (important in fighting illnesses and viruses) but by training Arakan Martial Art you also learn practical and essential self defence techniques.

At Arakan Martial Art, we specialise in Private Lessons which are conducted outside in the fresh air and are still allowed under government restrictions. Alternatively, if you would like to train but are unable to do so in person, we also have the option of online video lessons via Skype or other video streaming platforms.

As always, the safety of our members remains our number one priority. We want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautions in terms of keeping our members and Instructors healthy by sanitising pads, equipment and hands before and after each lesson.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Arakan Office on (07) 5580 8345.

All the very best
The Arakan Team

I have been training in the art for just over four years now. I am so passionate about the art, it gives you practical skills based on real life situations. It is challenging, some times confronting but it enhances your awareness, coordination and it increases your confidence. If anyone was looking to try a Martial Arts, this would be the go-to, its unlike anything else.

Malcolm Gladwell, in his book Outliers states that it takes 10,000 hours for someone to master a topic...
