Private Lessons

Private lessons are without a shadow of a doubt the quickest way for you to gain real results! We specialise in Private Training. Each lesson is customised to your desired goals, individual ability and experience, fitness level, your energy levels at any given lesson… maximizing the benefits for you.

 

By taking private lessons, we can train you super intensely or as easy as you need. We understand that your body may be in peak condition one day and you can be pushed hard, yet you may be tired or not at your peak at your next lesson and need the pace to be easier.

 

Your Instructor can watch your every move to ensure that you’re always learning the correct techniques and not falling into any bad habits that will be difficult to correct at a later stage. We will work with you individually to make your weaknesses stronger and your strengths stronger still. We understand that time is your greatest asset and you do not want to waste it by trying to learn off the beginner next to you whilst your Instructor is too busy teaching twenty other students in the beginner’s class.

 

    

 

We also understand that you want a challenging, yet nurturing and safe environment to train in. You do not want a fellow student trying to bully or hurt you just to boost his ego whilst you’re learning. By training one on one with our fully qualified Instructor, your chances of sustaining an injury is diminished greatly. We also understand that you value your privacy during your training and do not necessarily want an audience watching you (at least not until you become some-what proficient with some of the moves).

 

We understand that you are a very busy person and that you may need to change your lesson time on occasion and require some flexibility from your Instructors regarding scheduling of lessons. Undertaking private lessons from Arakan Instructors will allow you to gain results in the shortest possible amount of time.

 

Arakan Martial Art self defence classes and private lessons are available in a large number of areas around Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Perth.
