Arakan Martial Art® goes way beyond simply kicking and striking. At Arakan Martial Art® we are passionate about helping our members develop self-confidence, empowerment, focus and self-awareness.

As students move through their Arakan journey they not only gain fast, powerful, unique, practical and highly effective street self-defence skills, but better overall health and well-being too.

Most of our Instructors teach full time and are available for lessons 7 days a week, at a time convenient for you.

Arakan Martial Art® self-defence classes and private lessons are available in a large number of areas around Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Perth.
