Jack began training Arakan in 2017 after seeing an ad on Facebook and deciding to give it a try. At the time, he felt directionless and knew something in his life needed to change. His first lesson hooked him, and he fell in love with Arakan.

Surrounded by inspiring mentors, Jack felt a shift in his life. Motivated by his Chief Instructor and primary Instructor, he decided to become an Arakan Instructor and help others achieve positive changes, both mentally and physically.

Jack is lighthearted and passionate about teaching practical self-defense and physical conditioning. He enjoys watching his students grow and strives to get the best from them.

His greatest Arakan achievement so far is grading his Yellow Belt and becoming an Instructor. Outside of Arakan, Jack enjoys painting and spending time with friends and family.
