Kyle Rigney began his Arakan journey in late 2021, drawn to the art’s practicality, effectiveness, and life-changing potential. He wanted to be prepared for situations where he felt unfit to handle challenges, gaining the skills to protect himself and navigate difficult moments confidently.

Arakan not only boosted his self-defence abilities but also his confidence. Over time, Kyle lost over 30kg and became the fittest he’s ever been, realizing the importance of fitness in everyday life.

His accomplishments include earning his yellow belt, being named Student of the Year in 2023, and becoming an instructor in 2024. Kyle is passionate about helping others unlock their potential and guiding them to become their best selves through Arakan.
